Because our mission is to deliver plants of all sizes as well as other products safely to your door from suppliers nationwide our SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a quotation which includes your shipping fees.
When you have confirmed your order and the suppliers have quoted on shipping costs you will receive an email with your Invoice including shipping. Quotations will only be completed from Monday to Friday during Business Hours.
Delivery generally takes 2-7 working days to arrive. However, when it comes to living plants it may take longer. Depending on how far they have to travel, plants may only be shipped out early in the week to avoid plants getting held up in warehouses over the weekend, if they aren’t delivered by Friday. (Courier alone can take up to 4 days)
We use Payfast payment gateway, which allows credit and debit cards, and instant EFT.
For a penalty-free cancellation, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy.
We have a 2-day return policy. Returns may only be made after contacting us.
