Closely twined vines make-up the walls, and at night the house intrigues when the light shines through between them, as well as from the ornate roof and the small frosted windows, allowing just enough light to filter through to intrigue. The entrance, with its cute violet-purple door, is lined with small shrubs and paved with rocks, and the roof, entrance and windows are all framed by tiny orange flowers – because fairies simply can’t resist flowers!
This fantasy fairy house is crafted with polymer clay on a re-cycled glass jar, and it can be used as a jar or night light. To open and put the tea lights on, tug the lid off the jar. Because of its delicate nature it is not suitable for very small children and may require an adult to switch it on and off. It is painted with acrylic paint before being sealed, and is finished off underneath with felt material to prevent scratching of surfaces. It is perfect indoors or under covered patios, but is too delicate to be placed outdoors where it is exposed to the elements.
