How to Grow Health Mix Sprouts

What You Need

  • Wide-mouth glass jar
  • Sprouting lid or fine mesh cover
  • Sprouting seeds

Growing Conditions

  • Germination Time: 4–6 days
  • Temperature: 18°C–24°C
  • Keep out of direct sunlight

Instructions

  1. Rinse seeds thoroughly with cool water.
  2. Place seeds in a jar and cover with water. Soak for 6–10 hours.
  3. Drain and rinse well.
  4. Tilt the jar upside down to allow airflow and drainage.
  5. Rinse and drain twice daily.
  6. Keep in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
  7. Harvest once sprouts reach 2–5 cm long.
  8. Give a final rinse before eating.
  9. Refrigerate and use within a few days for best freshness.

  6. Once sprouted, move to bright indirect light or grow lights.

  8. Harvest when microgreens are 5–8 cm tall and true leaves appear.
